Emily Richardson-Independant Mary Kay Consultant

***CLOSED***
Emily is the least pushy Mary Kay consultant I've ever met. That says tons! I have met more then a few and they all irk me. When Emily asked me to consider a review I wasn't sure what to actually review. I already love the Simply Cotton perfume, I once upon a time had a 101 makeup kit that James totally trashed when he was 3, and I haven't had the money to replace. So I asked Emily what she thought lol, I filled out a little profile online and told her about my skin care regimen, or rather the lack of one.  I have really oily skin, it feels icky. I used to go for the best grease cutting stuff I could find lol, Palmolive dish soap it was! Seriously I was desperate I felt like I needed an oil change twice a day! I am sure Emily either laughed or cried for me lol. I know that old Miss Mary Kay rolled over in her grave!
Emily sent me a fabulous Trial size Time Wise Miracle kit for me to review. She asked me to take a before picture and use the products for a month.

Madilyne was my photographer for the before pictures, she's pretty good!

I hate pictures of myself so I must REALLY love y'all! My skin was broken out and this admittedly is right after I washed it with dish soap lol. Before had I put makeup on, right between my eyebrows would look scaley and icky, my nose would be red and cakey and just overall not very happy. I can say that my skin definitely changed after I had babies. I used to be the kind of girl who wouldn't go check the mail without putting full makeup on, now you are lucky to catch me in it.
The Timewise is easy and quick. One of the main reasons I didn't do the whole skin care regimen is because I don't take alot of time for myself I'm lazy like that. But really washing twice a day I could commit to. You use the cleanser first, then the microderm abrasion scrub and follow up with the replenishing stuff and moisturizer. And depending on whether it's am or pm you use the day solution or night solution.

I found that the day solution made me wanna reach for that dish soap again, so after talking with Emily I ended up skipping the day solution unless I was going out, as it has spf in it to help protect and that can promote oils to sit on top of the skin. I also use the Microderm abrasion scrub every other day, I have wonky skin and this keeps the scaliness at bay.
So after 30 days, I have a better appriciation for my skin, want to reach for the dishsoap alot less often and I actually feel kinda pretty again. Next on my list is investing in some Mary Kay Colors.

Now my skin feels a lot nicer, foundation covers nicely and no icky patches of scales, no oil slicks to be found. My blemishes even during my period are almost non-existent. I want to wear makeup again and feel definitely more pretty!

I have a couple things to offer you from Emily, first off a virtual Mary Kay party! 15% off of your entire order and buy one get one half off! Just use MamaDigsIt at check out and she'll get you an adjusted total.

Second, One lucky winner is going to win a trial TimeWise Miracle Set of their own you get to choose between normal/dry or combination/oily, AND a $10 credit with Emily to use on what ever product you'd like!

Crunchy Angel

***CLOSED***
So, to be truthful I had more femenine hygene products then I could use LOL! That's a good thing though, there is so much out there to try and use...so I shared the love. My friend who was already a long time cloth user was more then willing to take these babies off my hands and write up a review for me.

I loved the brocade fabric, but they seemed a little on the slender side for me so I passed them onto Nikole cause I thought they'd work better for her.
So here is what she had to say:
They are so soft and comfortable to wear, I had NO problems with staining at all. They are well made,
They measure Pads 10 inches and Liners 7 inches. Nikole is like me I like my pads on the larger side, so for her they were a tab bit small. They are pretty absorbent though. The pads had 4oz warm water poured on them and it absorbed immediately, when it was picked up and held over a measuring up though 2oz came back out. The liners had 2oz and when held up over a measuring cup 1oz came back out. That's phenominal though, considering the average loss is 35ml and normal being in range from 30-80ml. 30ml converts to a tad over 1oz and 80ml converts to nearly 3oz. So you should be well covered using these gals!

So super soft, non-staining, and compact and fold up into themselves!  I'd say overall it's a home run!
Nikole also said" I LOVE the fabric that was used and wish that I had some more made with the same fabric only longer."
So length is a very personal thing as we all know we aren't the same size...
Wendy is generously offering up either a Mama pad set or a Liner set to a lucky winner, she chooses the fabric!

Ruby Moon Natural Laundry Wash

***CLOSED***

Lyndsay at Ruby Moon was so super sweet. I got a little note in with my sample. I love little touches like that. It makes me feel important and appriciated. I got her AMAZING scent Coconut Lemongrass. It was like a vacation is a little bag! I loved the scent, like alot! I used it on my diapers and everything came out sparkling clean. I love that she doesn't hide her ingredients, she has all the info for EVERY one of her products on her web page. That is wonderful!

This is a soap free laundry wash, and it leaves the clothes and diapers fresh and clean with no residue or build up.

It doesn't take much at all, in my HE machine I used 1tbs and it got all my diapers fresh and clean! Each time I opened the bag I was swept away hehe.
She sells the bags at a VERY reasonable price and has a discount for scent of the month!
In a very cute reclosable paper bag to boot! I borrowed this product picture from her site as I didn't get a full size bag, and don't have one on hand yet!

When you get the chance do take the time to read the about section of her page, I love her honesty and you can just feel the love she pours into her product. An excerpt from her about me reads, "SO, as we all do I went online to purchase the premier cloth diaper detergent.  I was so excited to use their products! Until, that is, I read the ingredients. Half of the label was vague, industrial, chemical sounding words that frankly- sounded just like the detergent I was running away from.  When I contacted the companies, they refused to tell me what exactly was in their products"
This is how I feel! I hate that the majority of makers HIDE what's in the stuff, that or they use extremely vague big words that mean nothing to me!
She also has wool wash bars, a heavier duty regular laundry wash, and pail powder.

Lyndsay is offering up a $10 gift card to her store to one lucky winner.

Wildtree with Amanda

***CLOSED***
Amanda was great to me. When it comes to choosing something, I'm really no good. If I know specifically what I'm looking for that's easy. But when given a choice of what I want..oh I feel like I'm greedy lol. I don't know why! I had a very hard time choosing between all of the AMAZING items available! Amanda went above and beyond by sending me three things to try! The Hearty Spaghetti Sauce blend and Rancher Steak rub in these nifty little zippy pouches enough to try at least twice, I got about three uses out of each, and a full size Jamaican Jerk seasoning. I got all excited about using the seasonings that I didn't take pictures of the cute little zippy bag ones so you'll have to settle with the amazing picture of the 4.5oz Jerk seasoning.
Doesn't that just make you want to lick your screen? I wish monitors were scratch and sniff...alas just take my word for it, it's SUPER yummy. I put this on chicken, on our turkey and even some pork. Oh so delightful.

I did have enough forsight to take a picture of my last round with the Spaghetti seasoning before we ate it =o) That was the easiest seasoning in the world. You add about 2tbs with a 22oz can diced tomato and simmer at least 20 min and voila yummy spaghetti sauce! I always add extra things, that one specifically has garlic and red and yellow peppers in it and some extra diced up roma tomatoes, I used crushed tomatoes instead of diced. Worked out beautifully.

Don't you want to eat that? It was good!
Wildtree has a large selection of spices, grape seed oils and mixes. Amanda says "When I was introduced to Wildtree I  fell in love at first bite, and I have NO doubt you will too...or already have!"

Overall Amanda has sold me and my family on the products, and she's easy to work with!

Amanda is offering one lucky winner a full size seasoning in their choice of Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, or Rancher Steak Rub. all delightful! This is open to US absoloutly free, the company doesn't ship to Canada but if Canadians want to play you just cover shipping which is a steal I think!

Rhineland Farm Store

***CLOSED***
Meghann was amazing. She got the tea done and out to me lightning fast!
I love the way it is packaged, I love the whole idea of a soak that doesn't have all that "junk" floating around in the water. Now I rarely get to take a bath, but I was super excited to use this when it came.

I asked for a non vanilla scent, and boy did she deliver. I LOVE this scent it's perfect. Even Daddy Digs It said it smelled good!
It comes with this cute little "tea" bag you fill up and then cinch closed. Then you steep it in boiling water for 10 min, and it's just like a tea, that pretty golden brown color. Dump that into your bath water and soak away!

Since all the good stuff was contained in the bag I just dumped it in the trash, and no extra rinsing when I got out of the tub. That means that divine smell that the tea has, is left on you, a nice refreshing feeling =o)
Look at how yummy it looks...
Rhineland Farm Store would love for someone to pick a 4oz tea in their choice of available scents.
Zen Mama-The scent is a twist of lemon zest, fresh cucumber slices, green tea and a pinch of green mint.
Herb Garden-This mixture is scented with pure essential oils of Peppermint, Lavender and Cedarwood.
Vintage Pearl-We scent it with an intoxicating and heady floral bouquet of Rose, Bourbon Geranium, Orange Blossom, Ylang Ylang & Lavender, topped with a dash of Bourbon Vanilla and squeeze of citrus.

Abby's Lane

***CLOSED***
Stephanie at Abby's Lane is oh so super nice! When I asked her if she'd offer up a wet bag there was no questions, it was mine! I was so excited. I have heard good things about planet wise bags and now I was going to get the chance to check em out. The customer service provided was to perfection. I was allowed to select what print I wanted, I even got to use their whole check out system. Ordering was quick and easy and I like that!
I chose the Aqua Swirl pattern. It matched my diaper bag the most. It has a dry zipper side and a PUL lined wet side. Easy cheesy to wash, I just throw it in with my mama cloth and it's that simple.
I love that it is PUL lined, I hate wrestling with secondary liners that aren't tacked down.
They are so very roomy, you can easy keep 6+ pads in it, I put 3 in each compartment and it still had room to go. I also had forgotten my diaper wet bag and used this and it worked perfectly!

Abby's Lane would love to offer up a $10 gift card to their store!

Luna Pads

***CLOSED***
Can I just start out with saying I love The Luna Gals? They made my experience with soliciting a sponsor so easy. They were super nice, and eager to help out! I received a cute starter set and it has a nifty little bag to boot!
You can adjust the obsorbancy and add more coverage if needed. there is an insert with wings and one without! The rick-rack holds the additional inserts in and the wings snap around.

There is also a panty liner included. They both have the ability to snap into a nice little "package" for easy transport.
Overall Luna pads is another must have on the list of mama cloth!

The Diva Cup

***CLOSED***
So I've heard rave things about this little silicon contraption. I always again though ick. I mean way ick....I have since changed my mind! I love this little cup. It makes my time of the month oh so very easy. I will admit that it's intimidating. I mean I looked at that thing and thought there is NO way that's getting to where it needs to go...haha alas it does and it is no more bothersome then a tampon. Their site has a great FAQ section with multiple categories such as, How to use The Diva Cup, Sizing, Cleaning and Caring, as well as life span. All great info and easy to understand.

Since the majority of my audience is either over 30 OR has already had babies I chose size 2 for both my cup and the cup for the prize winner. If you have never had a baby and under 30 you will choose size 1.

It comes with a super cute pin, as well as a bag to store the cup in when not in use. The cup can be worn for upto 12 hrs at a time, so in the AM you remove, wash and reinsert, in the PM you remove, wash and reinsert. No leakage and no icky tampon fibers and funky smells.  Before when using disposables I'd use a Super Plus tampon AND a pad to cover leakage. Not the case any more!

The Diva Cup would love for one lucky winner to have a diva cup of their very own! This is the size 2 model, and is for women who are over 30 or have had a baby.

Pampered Mama

***closed***
Tanya was so very nice when I contacted her to participate as a sponsor.  She was super helpful too.
I have NEVER ever thought of cloth as an option for me. I was so excited to move Ansel to cloth. I just thought the ICK factor of mama cloth was too much for me. Tanya made it very easy to start out. She helped me figure out what would be best to use and off I was.

I was soo excited when I got the package. These pads were so soft and plush, I was over the moon and super excited to try. That says alot! Tanya got them here just before my cycle started. I was able to play with them and wash them just in time to use them.
she sent me  2 heavy, 1 medium that were 11", and a 9" light.

The light is in the washer, so no pic of it.
I played with them though before washing and this is what I found.
The Heavy was able to hold approximately 8oz before it leaked! It only leaked after compression so that's amazing! The medium held 5-6 oz before compression leaking and the light was 4oz! So not that you want to go that long before changing that's just icky, but if you are stuck without a change you are more then covered.

You can tell what coverage you are using by the color coded snaps, medium is pink, heavy is red, and light is white.

they fold up very nicely and you can just throw them in your bag.

Pampered Mama would love for someone to have a set of their very own! She is offering a "starter set" of pads, with 1- 9" light, 1- 11" medium, and 1- 11" heavy. You will get to choose your tops from instock fabric!

Little Molly Designs

***CLOSED***

What can I say about these hair clips? BEAUTIFUL!
When I first came across Little Molly it was this super cute owl clip that drew my attention.
I love her clippies, they make baby fine hair oh so easy to do...

The non-slip underside makes even the most baby fine of hair easy to do and it stays!
Now normally I don't put bows on Ansel haha but his hair is some of the finest I've ever seen and it made a good demonstration.

If he were a girl he'd be very pretty!
Madilyne said I had to put it in her new dolls hair before I could put it in hers soo..

In this picture I do not have a rubber band on her braid, just the clip and everything is staying in place. That makes doing hair oh so easy! I for sure will be getting more. Keep in mind when ordering these are hand made and come from Australia! Even with that it got here in about 5 days!

Little Molly Designs would love for EVERYONE to benefit! For every purchase $10 or more before shipping will receive a surprise clip! good through Nov. 28th!

One lucky winner will receive this super cute snow man clippie

Jess Fabulous Designs

*** CLOSED***

I found Jess Fabulous Designs just shortly after I started Mama Digs It. I loved the votive holders, she had on her page.

I didn't yet see the beautiful ornaments that she had.
I knew right away that this was one designer I definitely wanted on my list.

Jess sent me this very super cute pink zebra ornament.

everything is so perfectly placed out. I love the combination of the pink and black.
This ornament is going to live with a friend for an ornament exchange, it's exactly her!
Jess' pricing isn't obscure either. Shipping from California was lighting fast and everything came in one perfect piece. That is a plus for sure!

I love the coordinating ribbon, she has something for everyone!

Jess would like to give one lucky winner a gift card for an ornament of their choice!
